The NCCOAST Business Journal is a comprehensive, full-color glossy business news resource for Carteret County in Eastern North Carolina. The content of the NCCOAST Business Journal includes features on major business issues and happenings, business incentives, major industry news including the marine and marine science industries, real estate and construction, tourism, healthcare, finance and retail, the military and more. Business briefs, people in business, a networking opportunities calendar, business association and service club listings, new business listings, state and national trends, plus editorial contributions from individuals who help shape Carteret County's economic development and business future are included here.

The NCCOAST Business Journal is a publication which serves to showcase Carteret County as a prime location for doing business. The NCCOAST Business Journal is published six times per year by NCCOAST Communications in cooperation with the Carteret County Economic Development Council and the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce. Seven-thousand copies are produced per issue with 3,000 direct mailed to Carteret County Chamber of Commerce and Carteret County EDC members and other select recipients including out-of-area venture capitalists.
